Seven-Day Appreciation Period & Return/Exchange Policy

Customers who purchase from our official website are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period (not a trial period) under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Products purchased from our official website cannot be returned or exchanged at physical retail stores or other sales channels.

When unboxing your package, please record a video or take photos to provide proof in case of product defects, damage during shipping, or discrepancies in your order.
To ensure both parties' rights, please contact us within the seven-day appreciation period with the following details:

Phone number
Order number
Photos/videos of the issue
Once we verify the situation, we will assist you with the necessary steps, and shipping costs will be covered by us. ※ Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must do so within the seven-day appreciation period (starting the day after you receive your order). Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition, including original packaging materials such as plastic seals and security stickers.

Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Exceeding the seven-day appreciation period
  • Opened, used, or washed products
  • Personal preference reasons (e.g., "I don’t like the scent" or "My pet doesn’t like it")

※ Fragrance-related products (perfumes, candles, body washes, shampoos, sachets, diffusers, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
※ Pet-friendly products (such as pet perfumes, pet shampoos, and conditioners) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Reservations for courses and events are non-refundable and are not covered under the seven-day appreciation period.

Refund Process

Contact us via official LINE or customer service, and provide the following information:

Once verified, we will assist you with the return or exchange process.

For partial returns/refunds, if the remaining order total no longer qualifies for the original promotional benefits, those benefits will be voided. For example, if a return causes the order to fall below a threshold for free shipping, membership upgrades, or promotional bundles, those benefits will be forfeited.

Shipping restrictions

LACUNA strictly adheres to regulations outlined in the Civil Aviation Administration’s Air Transport of Dangerous Goods Act. As a result, certain products may not be eligible for air transport to offshore islands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Methods

• Convenience Store Pickup & Home Delivery
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding public holidays).
• Home delivery service is available only within Taiwan’s main island.

Home Delivery

• Orders totaling NT$4,000 or more (after discounts) qualify for free shipping.
• Orders totaling less than NT$4,000 (after discounts) require a NT$200 shipping fee.
• In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
• Home delivery service is available only within Taiwan’s main island.

Convenience Store Pickup

• Orders totaling NT$2,000 or more (after discounts) qualify for free shipping, including offshore islands.
• Orders totaling less than NT$2,000 (after discounts) require a NT$100 shipping fee.
• Once the order arrives at the designated convenience store, a notification will be sent via text message.
• Delivery to offshore islands may take 1-3 days longer than standard delivery times.
• Convenience store pickup is for collection only and does not support cash-on-delivery.
• A valid ID is required for pickup, so please ensure that your provided name matches an official identification document.
• Please pick up your package within 7 days (including holidays). If the package is not collected within this period or if incorrect recipient details were provided, the order cannot be reshipped or refunded.
• Convenience store pickup has size and weight limitations. If your order exceeds these limits, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.
