Notice:

1. Membership Upgrade Eligibility Calculation: Membership will be automatically upgraded once the actual spending meets the upgrade criteria.

2. Card Validity: All membership cards are valid for one year.

3. Birthday Gift Distribution & Usage Period: Birthday shopping credits will be issued on the 1st of the birthday month and will be valid for 30 days.

4. First Purchase Discount in Birthday Month: Minimum spending requirement is NT$1,000. The maximum discount limits are as follows: VIP (NT$1,500), SVIP (NT$4,000), VIC (NT$7,500).

5. All SHI products are included in the membership spending accumulation.

6. Online course reservations on the official website are not included in the membership spending accumulation.

7. Please ensure that your personal information is correctly filled out in the member center to avoid any impact on your membership benefits.

8. Since the physical store is still under planning, VIC membership services will be provided through the store. While the VIC membership has not been activated yet, spending accumulation is still counted. If you meet the VIC upgrade criteria, you will be notified as soon as the store opens, and your membership benefits will be activated immediately. Additionally, we will prioritize reservations for you and your pet.
