The tea garden sat on the steepest slope of the mountain, every morning he climbed up to pick, dry,
And roll the tea leaves. In the evening, he brewed a pot under the stars and drank it alone.
No one came, and he had nowhere he wished to go. Days unfolded like tea leaves in water—slow and quiet.

One spring, a lost traveler wandered into the tea garden.
Morash invited him to stay for tea. The traveler said he was looking for a church—a stone one—
Morash said, "There is no church here. Only tea trees."
Looking out over the mountain of tea trees, the traveler remarked,
"The tea trees are quieter than a church. May I make a wish here?” Morash did not answer; he simply poured another cup of tea.

The traveler finished his tea and left without telling his wish. Morash did not ask.
He realized that in his entire life, he had never asked anyone a single question.
He had not questioned his father’s words, nor the traveler’s wish, nor even why he himself had stayed.

He simply lived, day after day, many years later, someone asked him why he brewed two pots of tea every day.
He said, "One pot is for me. The other is for anyone who needs to sit down."
"Has anyone ever come?"
He replied, "Yes. A traveler, long ago. He left after drinking his tea, and I never asked what he wished for."
"But I brew an extra pot every day. In case he returns, the tea will still be warm."
